The full Moor Bath course consists of 21 baths, daily or at least every other day. Although black in colour, Moor Hydrating Herbal Bath is scent free, and under normal use will not stain you, your bath or towels. Shake the bottle well before adding half a teacup full into a warm (not hot) bath. Mix thoroughly and a highly beneficial Moor bath is ready. A Moor bath should last 15 to 20 minutes. Do not rinse the body after the bath but keep warm and rest for at least one hour and the body will absorb the active substances, which have remained on the skin for up to 24 hours.

The Moor Spa Earth Essence with Collagen contains the Moor and Collagen. Collagen is a primary structural protein found in the skin, hair, nails, muscles and joints of the body, and it is essential and vital for the body. As we age the levels of collagen deplete in the body. This depletion can have visual effects which are the appearance of fine lines, loss of skin elasticity and the skin texture opening.
