Our Story

Every great company has a unique story, and we'd love to share ours with you. At the heart of Moor Spa is our founder, Dee, whose vision and passion for skincare has shaped everything we do.

Dee has always been passionate about skincare. Having very sensitive skin, she had to be extremely cautious about the products she used and the foods she ate. Understanding that your skin is the largest organ of your body and can react to anything, Dee knew it was nature’s way of signaling that if something was wrong.

The Moor Mud

In 1982, Dee discovered Moor products, including our renowned mud bath treatments, and it was a life-changing moment. Imagine her delight when her skin didn’t react negatively—nothing stung or caused irritation. In fact, her skin glowed. She found that she could use everything from the herbal baths and Herbal Drink (Bouquet) to all the skincare products in the range without any issues. Even now, with our new cleansers and mattifying moisturisers, her skin loves them.

Dee is convinced that the secret lies in the Moor Water, which makes our products so safe and gentle. She is confident in the quality and safety of our products and knows she will never trust her skin with any other brand.

Dee's personal experience and commitment to high-quality, gentle skincare products led to the creation of Moor Spa. Her dedication to helping others with sensitive skin like hers is at the core of our mission. We believe in providing natural, effective skincare solutions that you can trust. To make these wonderful products more accessible, we launched Moor Body Care, our online e-commerce store, bringing the benefits of Moor Spa directly to your doorstep.
