I first tried Moor Spa in the very early days I soon realised how it helped my skin and also my aches. My family suffer badly from arthritis and now I am sixty 2 or 3 baths a week mean I can keep myself active and defeat the aches and pains. Not only that, my husband who has always played a lot of sport has suddenly realised the benefits and how it keeps you moving, softens the skin and makes you feel relaxed.
I've used Moor mud before, but have been without it for quite a while now. I'd forgotten how good it is; both to soak my tired feet in and the bath stuff has enough consistency to use as a quick face mask too.
My skin was left beautifully soft and i felt refreshed.
I have been using Moor Spa Bath for years now. I had been told by a physio after an injury to use magnesium salts which was very helpful. I ran out of the salts and found a little bottle of the bath in the cupboard though I’d use it up. What an amazing diference I saw just after 1 use, all my aches and pains went including the little muscle niggles and my skin was incredible. Even my husband, who’d always though I was mad bathing in mud, tried and could not believe how it helped and if he asked to use it again it must be magical. I have now ordered the 5 litre size and will not be without it anymore.
I used to use this years ago and it I would feel make me feel so peaceful and I'd always notice a smile creeping on to my face. So I was pleased to find it still exists and I'm glad to be using it again. There's something very special lurking in all that mud1
